1.1 Introduction


Welcome to MMK. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

1.2 Ordering & Payment


  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by MMK. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or errors in pricing.

1.3 Pricing


  • All prices are listed in Myanmar Kyats (MMK).

1.4 Shipping & Delivery

1.5 Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

1.6 Limitation of Liability


MMK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.


1.7 Governing Law


These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

2.1 Purpose & Commitment


At MMK, we are the direct manufacturers of our traditional Myanmar snacks. Our commitment is to provide authentic, high-quality snacks that meet international safety standards, ensuring every bite is both delicious and safe.

2.2 Compliance


We strictly adhere to the National Food Law of Myanmar, Myanmar FDA directives, and Ministry of Commerce e-commerce regulations to ensure full legal and safety compliance.


2.3 Manufacturing Controls


  • Sanitation: Our production facility undergoes a deep-clean cycle every 24 hours.
  • Standardization: We use calibrated equipment to monitor frying temperatures and moisture levels, preventing spoilage and ensuring consistency.

2.4 Staff Hygiene


All production staff are required to:
  • Wear complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hairnets and gloves.
  • Undergo regular health screenings and hygiene training.

2.5 Ingredient Sourcing


We source raw materials—such as tea leaves, beans, and seeds—only from verified suppliers who meet our strict purity standards. Every ingredient is inspected upon arrival for contaminants.

2.6 Packaging & Labeling


All MMK products feature:
  • Tamper-evident seals for safety.
  • Full labels in the Myanmar language, including ingredient lists, allergen warnings, and expiry dates.

2.7 Storage & Delivery


Finished products are stored in a temperature-controlled, pest-free environment. We use food-grade packaging materials designed to protect the snacks from humidity and light during transit.

2.8 Continuous Improvement


We regularly audit our processes and welcome customer feedback to refine our recipes and safety protocols, ensuring MMK remains a leader in food quality.

3.1 Delivery Responsibility


  • Accuracy: Customers must provide a valid phone number and address. If a delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Handling: Once the package is handed to the courier, MMK monitors the status, but the courier is responsible for the physical transit of the goods.

3.2 Reporting Window


  • 24-Hour Rule: Any issues—including damaged packaging, missing items, or quality concerns—must be reported to MMK customer service within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3.3 Eligibility for Refund/Exchange


To be eligible, the product must:
  1. Have a manufacturing defect (e.g., unexpected spoilage).
  2. Be the incorrect item from what was ordered.
  3. Have arrived with the primary safety seal broken.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items


For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
  • Items where the vacuum seal or heat seal has been opened by the customer.
  • Products that were stored incorrectly by the customer (e.g., left in high heat).
  • Change of mind or personal taste preference.
