If you tick “Text this number when my order changes” when you order, we send a short text (SMS) to that phone when your order is confirmed, ready to collect, sent out, or cancelled. Nothing else, and never a request for money. Texts go to Myanmar mobile numbers only, through our SMS provider, SMSPoh.

Until SMSPoh approves our sender name, these texts are held and not sent. A held text is dropped if your order moves on before it can go.

The texts come from a sender name, so a reply does not reach us — phone the shop instead. To stop them, press “Stop texts about this order” on your order page.
